O3 Strategies: An Inside Look

O3 Strategies is made up of one part beauty, one part brains, and enough foresight to make tomorrow’s digital marketing techniques arrive a day early (it’s kind of like alchemy). We’re a small shop of highly skilled pioneers forging a new path in a crowded world. A small fish in a large pond, sure, but we’re a small fish with an appetite not to be reckoned with.

Our Methodology

There is a rhyme to our reason. Our methodology, our process, our path to converting you into a satisfied client. This is what you can expect.

Consultation

The first step in getting your project off the paper and into action is to have a consultation. All of our initial consultations at O3 are free of charge. There is no risk and plenty of reward.

During this meeting, we will cover various details as broad as defining a direction and as narrow as color choices. We will fully analyze your needs so as to accurately quote a final price on your project. This meeting will last at least an hour but no more than two.

Quote

Roughly three days after your consultation, you will receive a quote from our team. This document will define the project, explain your expectations, assign members of our team, and give the total investment cost of your product. You are free to accept or decline services.

Contract

Upon acceptance, we will send you a contract for your signing. Along with the execution of the contract, a 50% deposit will authorize our team to get to work.

Design

Based upon the materials from our consultation, our design team will get to work designing your website, logo, or other product. We will present an initial concept to you around a week after signing the contract. If the design is everything you hoped it would be, we will continue to the next phase. If it is not, we will go back to carte blanche and start again.

Development

After you approve a design, our development team will get to work applying your design to our digital canvas. At this point we will also develop all the “bells and whistles” your website may require including podcasts, flash, blogs, etc.

Content Delivery and Approval

Once you deliver all of the desired content to our team, we will place this onto your fully functioning website and let you peruse for a last approval before launch.

Launch

Tell your friends and family to take a look at your redesigned image!

The Team

Brian Onorio, President, Director of Development

The founder of the shop and the brains behind the beauty, Brian Onorio comes equipped with a B.S. in Computer Science from North Carolina State University’s College of Engineering (go Pack!). A cum laude graduate and a John T. Caldwell Fellow, Brian has spent the better part of his years immersed in the language of the Internet and marketing, a potent duo.

When Brian is not locked in a dimly lit room with mounds of books and papers working hard on the next launch, you will find him at a pool, at a beach, or on a lake. No matter where you find him, his fingers will likely be nice and pruney.

Andy Heymann, Director of Design

Simply put, Andy makes things pretty. He considers it the best job ever. With the backing of a major in Graphic Design from North Carolina State’s College of Design and a minor in Art and Design, he is quite the qualified person for the job. His beginnings are routed as an exhibit designer with his first gig coming from the North Carolina Aquarium.  From there he skipped from project to project learning every side of the design world from small time package design to corporate flash interactive e-learning programs.

Outside of Andy’s computer world he is a fine artist painting Raleigh’s most beautiful women in his modern pop art style. A bona fide artist, his art can always be seen around town in Raleigh’s up and up restaurants.

What our clients are saying

We feel that we can trust O3 Strategies to keep our best interest in mind and not push us for additional services that we may not need/want. This lack of pressure fuels our trust in their services and we know we can approach them as our company needs grow.
